– For deliveries within Romania, we use FAN Courier.
– For international deliveries within Europe, we use Poșta Română (the Romanian National Post).

Delivery Timeline
We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that during peak seasons (holidays, promotional campaigns), deliveries may experience slight delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey. For this reason, it is extremely important to provide us with an accurate shipping address, a valid phone number, and a correct email address!

Damaged Packages & Issues upon Arrival
If you receive a package that is damaged or has been opened, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will follow up with the courier company. Please note that if a package is delivered to a third-party freight forwarding company chosen by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
